3. Hosting providers
The FrameSight service runs on a hybrid infrastructure combining a third-party virtual private server (for the public-facing components) and self-hosted on-premises machines (for the orchestration and GPU-replay steps).
3.1 VPS hosting (dashboard and reporter)
The web dashboard and the reporter service (which generates the static HTML report from the extracted SQLite database) run on a virtual private server provided by:
PulseHeberg
Web: www.pulseheberg.com
3.2 Self-hosted orchestrator and runner fleet
The orchestrator (which coordinates the extraction pipeline) and the GPU runner fleet (the physical machines performing replay and counter extraction) are owned, operated, and physically located on premises controlled by Exploding Frame SAS in France. These machines constitute “private infrastructure” for the purposes of GDPR and are not exposed to the public internet, except through the orchestrator’s authenticated job queue used by the dashboard to dispatch and retrieve jobs.
The runner fleet is FrameSight infrastructure exclusively. Users cannot install, register, or manage runners. The runners visible on the public /runners page are read-only advertisements of the available hardware and of each runner’s daily maintenance schedule.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, all elements of the FrameSight service (graphics, logo, source code of the dashboard, the reporter, the extractor, the orchestrator, the report templates, the database schemas, the calibration model and dataset, the documentation) are protected by intellectual property rights held by Exploding Frame SAS or its licensors.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the website, by any means and on any medium, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Exploding Frame SAS, except for the purposes of press review or research-and-teaching as permitted by Article L.122-5 of the French Code de la propriété intellectuelle.
